Florida man who went for drinks after leaving his 10 month-old- infant
under the care of his pit bull dog is now barking from behind bars.
James Irvine was charged with child neglect after the child’s mother called police to complain that she found the man urinating on himself outside their home.
Irvine admitted that he had few drinks and he reportedly told police he didn’t leave the infant alone because his pit ball keeping watch.
