United States Senator Harry Reid was rushed to a hospital on Friday
afternoon after his motorcade was involved in multi-vehicle accident on
interstate-5, which links Los Angeles with Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Sun reported that Senator Reid had no visible injuries and he were taken to the hospital as matter of precaution. It was not clear what led to the accident on I-15 north bound lanes, which run parallel to the famous Las Vegas Strip.
Five vehicles were involved in the accident.
