A Houston man found “totally wasted” outside a pub has to be held tight by a policeman for his mug shot.
Sean Carl Payne, 35, has been charged for public intoxication.
Payne was arrested outside of Shamrocks Pub, in Humble, Houston last week.
According to Houston media, Payne got drunk on “Big Ass Beer” all night long.
