Man walks into Detroit police station with hand grenade

Pandemonium broke out a police station in Detroit on Friday when a man walked into the station with a hand grenade he found on the sidewalk.
It wasn’t known immediately whether it was a live grenade. Reports said police immediately re-directed traffic heading into downtown Detroit.
Police said the man found the grenade and took into the station. The grenade was removed to a safe location for detonation.
