Chinese teenager severs own penis

A Chinese teenager has cut off his own penis with a kitchen knife because he was experiencing “unwanted and too many” erections, media reported.

The unnamed teenager Quanzhou province in southeast China lay back in his bed and removed his own penis using a kitchen knife last week.
Officials said the boy was rushed a hospital where doctors performed complex surgeries to re-attach the severed member. The boy has told the surgeons that he experienced too many unwanted erections which were major embarrassment.
The boy reportedly stopped going to school due to “abnormal behavior” of his private member. He has spent most part of year home-schooling.
The doctors have said that boy would be able to lead a normal life and would be probably have an active sexual life.
