A Japanese man who, was caught read-handed on camera filming up a woman’s skirt on a commuter train in Japan, has gone viral on social media.

The person who captured the man recording the woman on commuter train posted it on Twitter on Saturday. But blurred the man’s face in fear of a lawsuit.
