The prosecutors and investigators failed to look into damning evidence that would have led to the conviction of Casey Anthony, an investigation by Florida’s television station has revealed.

Casey Anthony was acquitted of first degree murder with regard to her two year old daughter Caylee Anthony’s death. The two year old’s body was found in a heavily wooded area near her home in Orlando in 2008.
The Orlando’s WKMG-TV is expected to air the results of its investigations tonight at 11.00pm.

The reporter, Tony Pipitone of the TV station has told Radaronline that they have uncovered astounding failure by investigators that left prosecutors unaware more than 98 percent of a crucial batch of evidence.
Casey Anthony is presently involved in a law-suit against Zenaida Gonzalez, after telling authorities a woman with a similar name had kidnapped her missing daughter.
