Foul mouthed rapist being released as State of California cannot afford $ 625,000 medical bill a year

An angry, repulsive quadriplegic rapist is being released from the prison because the State of California cannot afford to keep the $ 625,000 patient any longer behind bars.
Steven Martinez, who still poses a threat to the Public, was ordered to be released by San Diego appeals court under a medical parole category.
Martinez is required around the clock medical attention, but also has history of abusing prison guards and nursing staff verbally and in explicit language. Steven Martinez a violent criminal was sentenced to 157 years in prison for a heinous crime in 1998. He ran over a woman with his car, after abducting and raping her.
He became paralyzed when a fellow inmate stabbed him in the neck, slicing his spinal cord.
Martinez’s mother has told the courts that he would take care of her son, which has received mixed reactions from her neighbors in Orange County.
It is learnt that Martinez would be sent to an undisclosed location and for 10-day review before being released to a care-taker.
Martinez requested for a release in 2011, but was denied.
