A homeless man is behind bars for attempting to buy beer with a stolen credit card belonging to the bartender who just served his drink.

The incident occurred in Miami, Florida on Monday night. According a Miami Herald, David Weber broke into parked car, stole the card belonging to the bartender and just before midnight casually walked into the bar, ordered a drink and when handed over the plastic to pay for it, the bartender has realized he has been robbed.
Weber was booked at Miami-Dade county jail for credit card theft.
