Pakistan
government on Wednesday announced $ 100,000 reward for those who will
help to identify or provide lead to capture those responsible for the
attack on country’s youngest peace activist Malala Yousafzai.
Speaking to media representatives, KP Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain said the KP government has announced a reward for those citizens who will help identify the attackers, who fired bullet shots at Malala, injuring her severally, Pakistan Media reported
The award winning peace activist was shot at when she was returning after school on Tuesday near in Peshawar. The Taliban claimed responsibility because she was propagating anti-Taliban message to youth in the region.
Main Iftihar said the names and identity of the citizens, who will be facilitating the law enforcement agencies, will be kept secret.
“No matter where the terrorists may escape, we will bring them to justice,” said Malik, speaking to reporters at a press conference in Peshawar. “We have identified the gang which carried out the attack (on Malala Yousafzai) … and we also know when the terrorists arrived in Swat,” he added.
