U.S diplomats pleas for increased security in Libya declined, newspaper

The United States diplomats in Libya prior to attacks  made repeated appeals for increased security, but their pleas fell on deaf ears, the leaders of House Committee have stated, according to Huffington Post.

The newspaper said that Oversight and Government reform Committee officials received the information from people with direct knowledge of the situation.
A hearing is scheduled for October 10, about the September 11th attacks in which four diplomats were killed.
Its is learnt members of the House Committee has written to Secretary of State about’s state department’s response to the requests.
